2. What data we process and why
Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone, country, city, type of space and the message you send us. We use them solely to handle your enquiry and manage the commercial relationship you request. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
3. Retention
We keep the data for as long as your enquiry is being handled and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. We do not use it for other purposes, nor will we send you marketing messages without your consent.
4. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Any technology providers involved in sending the form act as data processors with the safeguards of art. 28 GDPR.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@getsmoogo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in line with the state of the art and the risk of the processing.
